“Truth and righteousness will always triumph over deceit—let us embrace the light of wisdom and virtue.”
At Thaamarai World School, cultural celebrations play a vital role in instilling timeless moral values and ethical principles in our young learners. Our school community came together with joy and reverence to celebrate Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashami, marking the grand triumph of virtue, truth, and righteousness over darkness and deceit.
The occasion commemorated the legendary victory of Lord Rama over the demon king Ravana, serving as a powerful timeless lesson for our students. Through special assemblies, storytelling sessions, and cultural presentations, our young scholars learned the importance of standing up for truth, overcoming inner obstacles, and pursuing excellence in all endeavors.
This auspicious festival provided an inspiring opportunity for our children to connect with Indian heritage and reflect on the enduring power of good deeds, integrity, and light.
