At Thaamarai World School, our kindergarten and Montessori kids celebrated Orange Colour Day with immense joy and zest! Symbolizing enthusiasm, hope, health, and energy, the vibrant shade of orange brought our classrooms to life as little ones arrived dressed in bright, cheerful shades.
The children actively participated by bringing a variety of orange objects to class, including carrots, fresh oranges, marigold flowers, toy cars, and plush soft toys. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with ribbons and toys, creating an immersive learning environment.
Through interactive “Show and Tell” activities, Nursery and kindergarten students proudly displayed their items and named them in front of their peers. Montessori teachers organized hands-on demonstrations, teaching kids how mixing primary colours—Red and Yellow—creates the vibrant secondary colour, Orange. It was a fun-filled day of discovery, creativity, and interactive learning!
