“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step—and a life of wisdom begins with the sacred writing of the first letter.”
On the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami 2022, the Thaamarai World School campus witnessed a beautiful, soul-stirring milestone as our littlest learners took their very first steps into the world of education through the sacred Vidyarambham ceremony.
Surrounded by warm blessings, traditional chants, and encouraging educators, young children guided by their parents and teachers traced their very first letters in grains of rice. This ancient rite of passage marks the initiation into knowledge, arts, and lifelong learning under the divine grace of Goddess Saraswati.
For our tiny tots and their families, it was a moment filled with reverence, joy, and deep cultural emotion. At TWS, we take immense pride in preserving these cherished traditions, ensuring that our children’s educational journey begins on a foundation of culture, blessings, and curiosity!
We welcome our new little Thaamarians to the wonderful world of learning!
