Students of TWS got first-hand exposure of how milk is processed to manufacture various dairy products.
The educational Field Trip was intended to give information regarding methods on preparation of milk products, pasteurization, preservation of nutrients of milk products and dietary values of different milk products. . This field trip helped the students to practically see and understand the process. After the visit, students prepared a report mentioning the process used at the industry starting from raw products to a finished item.
The students demonstrated excellent behavior and were appreciated by the authorities of Aavin Dairy plant. Such experiences help students to apply, imagine, create opportunities and to be more attentive in their classes. After having experienced virtual learning, these practical learning have a great impact on their perception.
